As a full-time working mother, I love convenience — especially when it comes to meals. So, it’s with great pleasure that I write about the Southern California food industry, a hotbed of good eats and the birth of America’s most enterprising industry: Fast food.
You can grab almost anything at a drive-through: a burger, donuts — heck, you can even get a latte thanks to Starbucks.
And, don’t forget grocery stores. Many are becoming one-stop shopping centers for consumers. Nowadays, you can toss a jug of milk, a DVD and a ready-to-go dinner in your grocery cart.
If it’s quick and easy, we love it. So, this blog is dedicated to all those with a passion for convenient foods.
