Pink's chili dog
Pink’s Hot Dogs is celebrating its 70th anniversary this week with a cool deal: 70-cent chili dogs.
The cheap dogs will be available for 70 minutes every night this week through Friday starting at 7 p.m. at the Hollywood location. Pink’s is located at the corner of La Brea and Melrose Avenues.
Drats! I like this deal, but I’m bummed that it is not available at Pink’s new Knott’s Berry Farm location, which opened a few weeks ago.

I’m not the biggest fan of Pink’s, but you can’t beat 70 cents for a chili dog. For those living in south OC, I don’t think anyone is driving up to LA just for this deal.
2 weeks ago we went to Knotts to have a Pinks hotdog………the chili dog was $3.35………….a 70¢ is a sweet deal!
several years ago I drove from the O.C. to Pinks and paid full price!……it was well worth it………..fantastic dog!
Yeah “several years ago” when gasoline was not $3/gallon.

Hey, Haute Links in Irvine has a 99 cent chili dog every Tuesday. We are located at Main & MacArthur Blvd., in The Square shopping center.

ATTENTION: The normal hour line at Pink’s for a Hot Dog will now be 2 hours beginning immediately and lasting until Friday. I repeat, a 2 hour wait for a hot dog!

My friend just left Pink’s in LA and reported that Huell Hauser and his California’s Gold film crew will be there TONIGHT to shoot video. So if you wanna be on TV this is your chance.
I still say Portillos is the BEST!
I was at Knott’s on Sunday and Pink’s temporary spot is already closed. They have a sign saying their permanent space will open soon.
It closed the day after Halloween…………I was there the weekend prior………great chilidog!
We will be at Knott’s on Thanksgiving (the buffett is not to be missed!). Will probably not try a Pinks; unless my dad offers to pay for it.
Whether or not your Dad offers to pay for it……….you absolutely will not be trying a Pink’s hot dog on Thanksgiving day………..they closed up shop until Mid December…………
