Order fast-food via your iPhone, iTouch

Online ordering is fast becoming the most convenient way to get our food in a timely manner. Now, LiveOnTheGo.com is making Internet ordering much easier for iPhone users.

The Anahiem-based company recently launched a program that allows iPhone and iTouch users to order food from their Apple devices. The free service allows users to order from more than 300 restaurants in Southern California. (see partial list below)

Unlike other online ordering systems, LiveOnTheGo.com lets you pay for your orders ahead of time. Users can also designate specific “pick up” times for added convenience.

“We expect to see a substantial amount of orders placed using our new iPhone interface,” company CEO Darren Testa said.

Don’t fret — Blackberry users: Testa says his company is currently developing an online ordering application for Blackberry users. Stay tuned for more on that.

horrible…..food at our finger tips…..now more people are just gonna get more fat then they already are….fat america at its fineist

I agree that this will probably not help the obesity problem in America, but I think this will definitely make college students very very happy! I remember back in college I used to order food all the time, specially at midnight… now students will just have more options at their fingertips, rather than having only one place’s menu memorized.
