(Note: This list has been verified as best as possible through 9/23/09. However, please call ahead to verify kids deals, as some franchisees may not participate in certain discount programs. Please email me if you know of any changes or want to add more restaurants to this list. Also, unless noted, the free meal must be ordered from the restaurant’s Children’s Menu. )

• Kids Eat Free Wednesdays at Hof’s Hut. Valid with an adult entree purchase for kids 10 and under.
• Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ offers kids eat free every Tuesday with the purchase of an adult entrée (Valid for ages 12 & under)
• Some Carl’s Jr. restaurants in Orange County offer a free kids meal on Wednesdays. See list here.
  
• Boston Market beefs up its Kids Eat Free program. Two kids  can now eat for free with only one adult meal purchase.  The deal is valid every day for kids 14 and under.  Get full details here and see list of O.C. locations.
• Fuddruckers in Lake Forest (26771 Rancho Parkway) offers a free meal to kids Monday through Thursday with a combo meal purchase. The deal is good all day ONLY at this location.
• Gandolfo’s New York Delicatessen (Mission Viejo) is offering Kids eat free deal every Tuesday night from 4-9.00 p.m. (For kids under 12)
• Wingnuts (Aliso Viejo and Costa Mesa): Kids eat free every Tuesday and Thursday with adult purchase (Must order from kids menu. For kids under 10)
• Tacos & Co. (Irvine location only): Kids eat free after 3 p.m. daily with purchase of an adult entree. (Must order from kids menu. For kids under 12)
• Acapulco & El Torito: Kids eat free every Saturday, until 3 p.m. with every regular Adult entree purchase. (ages12 and under)
• Avila’s El Ranchito Mexican restaurants offers free meals to kids, but the days vary depending on the restaurant location. For example, the Lake Forest Avila’s offers a free meal to kids on Sunday, with every adult purchase. However, other Avila’s restaurants in Orange County offer free meals to children on Wednesdays and Tuessdays. (Avila’s phone numbers/locations)
• Z’Tejas at South Coast Plaza said it will launch a Kids Eat Free Night every Sunday from 4 p.m. to closing. The deal is good per adult entrée.
• Pat & Oscar’s: Kids eat free every Tuesday evening from the Kid’s Menu. Adult Entree purchase required. Available at all Pat & Oscar’s locations.
• Chick-fil-A eateries in Irvine: Chick-fil-A at The Market Place (13490 Jamboree Road, Irvine) and the Chick-fil-A at Woodbury Town Center (6428 Irvine Boulevard, Irvine) both hold Family Nights on Tuesdays. They give a free Kids Meal with purchase of a Chick-fil-A Meal.
• Denny’s Restaurants: Kids eat free every Tuesday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10
  p.m. at participating Denny’s. Up to two kids can eat free per one adult entree purchase. Promotion days may vary so check with your local Denny’s and ask for the Kids Eat Free program.
• Ruby’s Diner: Kids 12 and under eat free from the kids menu every Tuesday evening after 4 p.m. until June 1. One free kids meal per one adult entree purchased. The program is temporarily halted during the summer at all pier locations. Other locations may offer the Kids Eat Free program in the summer, so call ahead to verify. Otherwise, the program resumes in fall.
• Rainforest Cafe: Kids can eat for $1.99 on Wednesday “Family Fun Nights” with purchase of any entree. Only available at mall locations (i.e. South Coast Plaza location). Other ways kids can eat free at Rainforest Cafe: participate in their Summer Reading Program or finish the rainforest lesson plan in school.
• Taco Mesa and Taco Rosa: Kids eat for $1 from children’s menu all day Sunday. Good for children under 10 years old with purchase of an adult entree. The kids menu is slightly different at both concepts, so review it at our web sites www.tacomesa.net &

• Carrows Restaurants: One child 10 and under gets a free meal with adult entree purchase every Wednesday and Thursday after 4 P.M.
• Coco’s: One child 10 and under gets a free meal with adult entree purchase every Tuesday and Wednesday after 4 P.M.
• IHOP Restaurants: Select restaurants (i.e. one in Garden Grove, two in Anaheim) have Kids Eat Free evenings every night after 4 P.M. with purchase of adult entree. Kids can choose any item from the kids menu. Select locations only.
• Fred’s Mexican Cafe:”Family Fiesta Night” every Sunday evening from 4-9 P.M. Free kids item from kids menu (variety of items). Other family-fun activities available: balloon maker, pinata, coloring and guitar hero. Offered only at Laguna Niguel location.
• Stadium Brewing Company: Family Night on Monday. Kids 12 and under can eat free with each adult entree purchase.
• Angelo’s and Vinci’s Ristorante: Kids can eat buffet items for half price. Every Tuesday evening free spaghetti for kids with every adult purchase.
• Lone Star Steakhouse: 2 kids can eat free kid’s menu item with purchase of any adult entree every Tuesday and Saturday from 11-4 P.M. Available at all Lonestar locations.
• BeachFire: Kids can eat free from kids menu with purchase of adult entree every Tuesday. Available at all locations.
• Jerry’s Dogs: Kids eat free every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening after 4 P.M. Kids get free Kid’s Combo with purchase of Adult Combo. Available at all three Jerry’s Dogs locations.
• Sonoma Restaurant: Kids eat free 6 days a week (restaurant is closed on Monday) starting from 5 P.M. As long as children come with parents or adults, no limit on how many children get free meals. Free meal varies depending on what chef prepares; meals range from pasta to chicken to burgers.
• Baja Fresh said some stores might offer a kids eat free promotion on Mondays. But, it is not consistent across all restaurants, so please call your local restaurant to verify. (updated 6/15/09 to reflect change requested by Baja Fresh)
