To promote the comeback of baby back ribs to its menu, Pat & Oscar’s is giving away a free half-slab of ribs to the first 110 customers on Tuesday.
Yes. You read correctly. Free ribs to the first 110 customers mentioning the new menu item. That’s it. Stores open at 10:30 a.m., so get in line early.
I’d have to rank this as one of best freebie deals around — even if it is limited to a certain amount of customers.
Note: The baby back ribs replace the St. Louis -style ribs on the menu. Baby backs, I’m told, were original to the Pat & Oscar’s menu.

Hi Nancy, do you know what time this promo starts? Is it when the restaurant opens? I’m so there.
Sorry..Mike I should have put that..The promotion lists 10:30 a.m. to 8 pm..but, let’s face it..I bet those ribs will be gone before noon!
I added the time to the post..
perfect timing, i need a new doorstop for my back door!
This is great if you can stomach their food. In my opinion Pat and Oscars is terrible. I used to like them way back in the day when I lived in San Diego and they were just two shops. After Sizzler bought them they have been horrible.
The only thing that is good at Pat & Oscars are their breadsticks.
Sizzler bought them? When was this? Was it before or after they changed their name from Oscar’s? Why wasn’t I informed!? =P
By the way, they changed their name because a restaurant called Oscar’s sued them and the settlement was that they’d change their name to Pat and Oscar’s. Of course their marketing department didn’t talk about that and made up some gimmick about it being in honor of Pat and Oscar’s wedding anniversary.
