- According to the Eater LA, the founder of Chuck E. Cheese, Nolan Bushnell, is opening up his newest touchscreen cafe — uWink — at Hollywood & Highland in Los Angeles next week. “Bushnell, the man who brought us Atari and Chuck E. Cheese, wants to make sure you have absolutely no human interaction while dining whatsoever: You order everything via touch screen terminals at each table which also double as video game consoles while you wait,” EaterLA stated in recent post. That’s pretty cool. I wish uWink, dubbed a social entertainment restaurant, would come here to Orange County. But then again, maybe we’re not ready for something like this? What do you think?
