The company recently ranked the top 10 Los Angeles area restaurants frequented by American Express users. Keep in mind: the list is based strictly on number of AmEx transacations, not consumer reviews.

Here’s the list — which includes two Orange County eateries.

• Pizzeria Mozza
• Spago

• Ten Asian Bistro (Newport Beach)
